Banana, Pear & Vanilla SmoothieΒ Bowl

By Gather and Feast

Makes 2 small or 1 large smoothie bowl

You’ll need
2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk
Β½ fresh pear
Β½ cup ice
Β½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
1 scoop ofΒ The Nourishing Protein in Vanilla


To make
Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a glass or a shallow bowl and top withΒ your favourite toppings.

Overnight Chia Pudding

For the chia layer

1/4 cup of chia seeds

1 cup of coconut milkΒ 

1 tsp of vanilla bean pasteΒ 

1 tbs of maple syrup

Place all ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping. Once your chia pudding is ready prepare your nice cream.Β 

For the nice cream

2 large frozen bananasΒ 

1 scoop ofΒ The Nourishing Protein in Vanilla

Place all chia pudding ingredients into a jar and leave to soak for at least 6-8 hours stirring occasionally to avoid clumping.Β 

Combine all 'nice' cream ingredients in a blender and blitz.Β 

Layer to serve.Β 

Β Peaches and Cream

You'll needΒ 

1/2 cup of frozen peaches

1/2 cup of frozen bananaΒ 

1 cup of plant based milk

1 scoop ofΒ The Nourishing Protein in Vanilla

Probiotic yogurt or coconut yogurtΒ 

To make

Combine and blitz the peaches, banana, milk andΒ WelleCo Nourishing Protein in Vanilla. Layer with probiotic yogurt or coconut yogurt and enjoy.

You'll need

1 ripe pear

1 ripe banana

100ml organic rolled oats

Plant based milk

To make

Place the ingredients in a blender can, and let the oats soak for about ten minutes. Thin rolled oats donΒ΄t take so long as they are steamed before hand.

Then add

AΒ hint of licorice powder

Half a teaspoon of cinnamon

1 scoop ofΒ The Nourishing Protein in Vanilla

'Sunshine'Β Vanilla Protein Chia Parfait

1/4 cup of whole chia seeds

1 cup of coconut milk
