My birthday is in March so this month always feels like a return to self - a deep appreciation for all the people in my life and the experiences I have had (and am yet to have!)
After the energy of the new year, this is the moment where routines can settle and the small rituals that support wellbeing start to matter more than grand plans. I find myself gravitating toward the things that make daily life feel simple, beautiful, and supportive of how I want to feel — energised, grounded, and clear.
Here are a few things I’ve discovered and are sharing with those close to me (including you!)
Beast Compact Personal Blender
The first few hours of my day are sacred — I wake up and smile, drink lemon water (left beside the bed so I don’t forget, in a big mason jar - finish it!) followed by 15-30 minutes of meditation, my gratitude list, a matcha in the sun, a sauna, cold plunge, and shower, and then The Super Elixir™. This compact blender makes it effortless to blend smoothies or matcha when I want something nourishing but quick.

Sam McKnight Lazy Girl Dry Shampoo & Cool Girl Texture Mist
Effortless hair has always been my style. This dry shampoo gives that “cool girl” lift and texture without looking overly styled — just fresh, undone and natural. Watch me use it back in the day here.

The Goop Podcast
Gwyneth’s podcast is funny, irreverent, intelligent and thoughtful — the kind of conversations that explore wellness with curiosity rather than perfection. She so effortlessly takes esoteric or often unexplored subjects (and people) and makes them accessible and relatable through real conversations, always with humor and raw, real life insights. A nice place to start might be this episode with Gregg Renfrew, founder and former CEO of cult-favorite clean beauty brand Beautycounter. Renfrew shares her story of building—and selling—a billion-dollar business, being unexpectedly sidelined, and ultimately pulled back in when things began to unravel. She opens up about letting go of ego, redefining success, and beginning again with clarity and purpose. It’s a great listen.

Elderflower in Sparkling Water
My favourite non-alcoholic drink at the moment. Elderflower in sparkling water feels celebratory — it looks like champagne but feels light, botanical and refreshing.

Melissa Odabash Triangle Bikini
Melissa Odabash rocks - I’ve been wearing her tiny California surfer girl bikinis forever - nothing fits as well and flatters my body as well as her swimwear. As a former model and the original California girl - she designs for us in mind.

Keeping phones away from the bedside is a game changer for sleep. Loftie helps create a calm nighttime environment without digital distractions.

HigherDOSE Red Light Shower Filter
Layering small wellness tools into everyday routines is a simple way to experience complex benefits (just like The Super Elixir, two spoons every day!) This shower filter helps remove impurities while red light supports skin health.

Nécessaire The Body Brush
Dry brushing is one of the simplest ways to support circulation and lymphatic movement. I do this before a morning shower and always feel invigorated after. Plus, your skin feels so sexy and smooth when you apply your body oil or moisturiser.

Nettie Pickleball Set
Pickleball is all the rage here in Miami - it’s a fun way to move, groove, and be in community - clubs and teams are popping up everywhere - this beautifully designed, sporty yet chic set, will enhance your game - even if it’s by its simple beauty.

Bur Bur “Mermaid Bundle”
Healthy hair always begins at the scalp — the botanical oil nourishes and strengthens while the brush gently stimulates circulation to support growth and shine. This set is simple, chic, and looks great on my vanity.
Approx Price: AUD $169 | USD $120
My Daily Hair Health Routine
Another way I support hair health from within is with WelleCo’s Hair Elixir, it is one of those superior, daily amplifiers - helping nourish hair at the root while supporting strength, shine and growth over time.
Approx Price: AUD $57 | USD $41
My word for March is ‘momentum’. Because the little things we return to daily — movement, nourishment, routines and rituals — quietly shape how we feel over a lifetime.
Here’s to continued, small practices that create big shifts.
