MAKE WELLE: β

Filling:β
- 2 cups frozen raspberriesβ
- 1 cup desiccated coconutβ
- 1/3 cup Nourishing Protein in Vanillaβ
- 1 tbsp chia seedsβ
- 1 tsp vanilla extractβ
- sea salt flakes to decorateβ
Coating:β
- 80g dark chocolate β
- 1 tbsp coconut oilβ

Method: β
1. Place raspberries into a large bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes to soften. Once softened, mash with a fork.β
2. Add in the desiccated coconut, protein powder, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mash and mix until well combined.β
3. Add to a lined container and press down firmly, freeze for 1 hr.β
4. Melt your dark chocolate and coconut oil together until melted.β
5. Take your slice out of the freezer and slice into squaresβ
6. Dip each piece into the dark choc, and place on a lined trayβ
7. Sprinkle with sea salt and set In fridge for 30-45minsβ
