HOW TO USE

Directions: Mix 2 teaspoons (5 g) with 6.8 fl oz of warm water or milk of your choice.

This nutrient-rich nightcap can also be tailored to your taste with a drop of raw honey, maple syrup, or a sweetener of choice. Can I mix The Evening Elixir with boiling water or milk?
The Evening Elixir contains ingredients such as Vitamin C that's benefits can be affected by the use of boiling water. We recommend mixing with warm or room temperature milk or water to get the best out of your formulation. The WelleCo team also love to have The Evening Elixir cold over ice with milk of your choice or blended with cold water - it tastes amazing as an ice cold drink!

Can I take The Evening Elixir alongside other WelleCo products?
Foundational WelleCo products (The Super Elixir, Nourishing Protein & Sleep Welle Tea) can be taken, and are encouraged to be consumed, alongside one another. What is the difference between The Evening Elixir and Sleep Welle Calming Tea?
The Evening Elixir is naturally sweetened with stevia and only contains 0.3g of naturally occurring sugar per serve. It has a rich chocolatey taste, making it a delicious low-calorie treat for when those chocolate cravings hit. WelleCo’s Sleep Welle Calming Tea only contains 0.03g of sugar per serve and has a naturally fruity mango and lemon taste. The Evening Elixir comes in a powder and we recommend mixing two teaspoons (5g) with warm (not boiling) milk or water. WelleCo’s Sleep Welle Calming Tea comes as a teabag and we recommend infusing one teabag in hot (not boiling) water for two to 10 minutes. Both products are also delicious with cold water and ice as an iced chocolate or iced tea.

Can The Evening Elixir be added to food?
Yes, The Evening Elixir can be added to warm or cold food, we don’t recommend adding it to boiling hot food or drink due to the inclusion of vitamins.

Can I take The Evening Elixir alongside Sleep Welle Tea?

Yes, anyone over the age of 15 years old can enjoy The Evening Elixir (male or female). Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not recommended to take The Evening Elixir due to the inclusion of botanical extracts.

Does The Evening Elixir contain caffeine?
The Evening Elixir contains 3-14 mg per 5 g serve of caffeine, which is naturally present in the cacao and cocoa. Compared to a standard latte which has roughly 70 mg of caffeine and 1 square of dark chocolate has roughly 25 mg. Please note, if you have a caffeine sensitivity, you wouldn’t be able to consume The Evening Elixir without it impacting sleep. For most people, this small amount of caffeine present wouldn’t impact sleep at all.
